Hadi24.com is a venue only and is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers, nor are we a party to any dispute between users regarding items or services listed.
3. User Accounts and Registration
3.1 Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to register an account and post paid advertisements.
3.2 Registration: You may register as a member by providing your email and creating a password, or by using the quick Sign Up/Log In option via your Facebook or Google accounts.
3.3 Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Conduct and Content
4.1 Content Standards: All ads, posts, images, and communications submitted by you (“User Content”) must be truthful, non-deceptive, and must not violate any applicable laws.
4.2 Prohibited Content: You agree not to post, link to, or transmit any content that is:
- Illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive.
- Pornographic, vulgar, or obscene.
- Defamatory or infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
- Hate speech or discriminatory.
4.3 Lost & Found Reports: Reports submitted to the ‘Lost & Found’ section must be factual and intended solely for the purpose of reuniting owners with lost property or finding missing persons.
4.4 Right to Moderate: Hadi24.com reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, edit, or remove any User Content, including advertisements, at its sole discretion, especially if the content violates these T&C.
5. Financial Terms and Paid Features
5.1 Feature Services: Hadi24.com offers premium features designed to enhance ad visibility and credibility, including:
- ‘Verified’ Feature (e.g., Tk 300): Grants the ad a ‘Verified’ badge.
- ‘Promotion’ Feature (e.g., Tk 500): Grants the ad priority placement and automatically includes the ‘Verified’ feature.
5.2 Payment Process: Payment for these features must be made to the designated Nagad account or other payment methods specified on the Site. The service will be activated only after successful payment confirmation (e.g., sending the Transaction ID and Ad Title via WhatsApp/Email).
5.3 Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid for ‘Verified,’ ‘Promotion,’ or corporate advertising slots (size/page based) are non-refundable. If an ad is removed due to a violation of these T&C, no refund will be issued.
5.4 Corporate Advertising: Ad costs for companies are calculated based on the chosen square inch size and page placement. Contracts and payment terms will be agreed upon separately via the info@hadi24.com channel.
6. Marketplace Disclaimer
Hadi24.com does not inspect, endorse, or guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or truthfulness of any item, service, or representation made in any advertisement or User Content.
- You use the Site and transact with other users at your own risk.
- Hadi24.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising out of or related to your transactions with other users.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site, its design, logos (including the Hadi24.com logo), code, and content (excluding User Content) are owned by Hadi24.com and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any portion of the Site without explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
THE SITE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. HADI24.COM EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
